Terms and Conditions of Use

By using this drone notification and FRZ authorisation tool, you agree that:

  1. The information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  2. You will update or amend your request if any material flight detail changes, including date, time, location, height, aircraft, operator details, or contact details.

  5. You must comply with any conditions, amendments, limitations, or operational instructions issued through the authorisation process.
  6. Any authorisation issued through this system does not remove the operator’s responsibility to comply with the Air Navigation Order, CAP722, temporary airspace restrictions, or any other applicable aviation legislation or restriction.
  7. You remain responsible for the safe conduct of the flight, maintaining visual line of sight where required, avoiding other aircraft, and complying with all applicable aviation law.
  8. RAF Valley and/or authorised operational personnel may reject, amend, condition, suspend, or withdraw an authorisation where required for aviation safety, operational reasons, national security considerations, or inaccurate information.
  9. Submitted booking information may be used within Skylark airspace safety systems to assist with operational awareness and help distinguish notified or authorised drone activity from unidentified drone activity.
  10. The service is provided for operational safety coordination purposes and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or operational requirements. You remain responsible for ensuring you have any required authorisation before flight.
  11. Do not submit information on behalf of another person unless you are authorised to do so.
